Results

The main results of the project were as follows:
- application of web based training as a tool for knowledge transfer and means of communication in vocational training and education in the archaeological heritage management sector as well as in the process of training young professionals in this field.
- promotion of content representation standards (SCORM) in the process of training modules production supporting vocational training in the field of archaeological heritage protection and management. This was aimed at simplifying the exchange of training modules between educational institutions and thus contributed to their dissemination and reduced the costs of e-learning solutions implementation.
- determination of methodology of conducting vocational training for graduates of archaeological heritage protection and management, including determination of students stimulation methods, student-teacher communication and the role of teacher in internet training.
- elaboration of uniform methodology of conversion training material from the traditional form into electronic version. It refers basically to the team of specialists involved in the project, tools and technologies applied in the process as well as restrictions imposed by IT infrastructure.
- determination of the cost evaluation procedure concerning e-learning solutions implementation in educational institutions, as well as procedures related to the introduction of organizational changes and altering the habits of tutors and students.
